Mbili Kuwili Development is a property development company based in Diani, Galu Area of Kwale County. Our aim is to work with investors to build luxurious holiday homes. Our Head Office is in Diani, Colliers Centre, along Diani Beach Road.
Mbili Kuwili Development is a self-administered and a self-managed real estate investment. We intend to set up a self-contained estate. The development consists of a commercial hub, a club house and 20 cottages. The development is set up on an 8 acre parcel of land. The parcel is subdivided into 24 quarter acre plots.
The commercial hub comprises of a mini shopping mall that shall cater for the needs of the residents.
The club house comprises of 16 deluxe hotel suites.
The cottages comprise of 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed contemporary units, with a private garden and a swimming pool.
As part of our plans to make our clients our number one priority, we have perfected plans to work with our clients to deliver a project that can favorably compete with the best in the vicinity, at an affordable and reasonable price within the stipulated completion date barring any unforeseen circumstance and to generate great value from the project.
