The proposed 8 acre site is situated long the Diani Beach Road and is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The site has excellent views to the sea. The site is fully fenced and secure with water and power infrastructure in place. The site is also rich in coral stone reserves which will allow for sustainable construction by use of locally available materials.

The site also has a bio digester plant which will allow for waste disposal for the various cottages and the Club house
