The Club House Suites

The proposed luxury suites consist of eight no. deluxe suites with a bed space, walking dresser, bath area, lounge ,kitchenette & outdoor terraces.  The Terraces are adjacent to large clear windows that enhance views and outdoor living.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY – “Contemporary Expressionism in modern day Swahili Culture & Architecture”

The proposed design is based on the contemporary school of thought where building elements are structured into a series of simple yet bold vertical and horizontal planes with a touch of authentic swahili overtones on he building facades such a s the decorative swahili panelled doors, intricate decorative screens & panels (Mushrabiya) and monochrmatic colour theme applied to the exterior.
