The Club House

The proposed club house accommodates a guest reception & visitors lobby, a restaurant & bar, administrative offices, a full equipped gym, a recreational terrace and pool & pool bar and an executive three bedroomed penthouse.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY: “Contemporary Expressionism in modern day Swahili Culture & Architecture” 

The proposed design is based on the contemporary school of thought where building elements are structured into a series of simple yet bold vertical and horizontal planes with a touch of authentic swahili overtones on the building arcades such as the decorative swahili panelled doors, intricate decorative screens & panels (Mushrabiya) and monochromatic color theme applied to the exterior.
