The “Wasini” Cottage

The proposed luxury cottages consist of a two bedroomed bungalow. Each cottage will be built on a 1/4
acre plot and will have a private garden and a private pool.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY – “Contemporary Expressionism in modern day Swahili Culture & Architecture”

The proposed design is based on the contemporary school of thought where building elements are structured into a series of simple yet bold vertical and horizontal planes with a touch of authentic swahili overtones on he building facades such as the decorative swahili panelled doors, intricate decorative screens & panels(Mushrabiya) and monochromatic colour theme applied to the exterior.
