The plots should be developed within twenty-four months of purchase and subject to development guidelines. Plot investors could independently engage with their preferred construction experts, however, we have a team of construction experts working on the project. They include Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Project Managers.

This team has come up with several architectural designs in accordance with approved typologies that comply to the development guidelines.

Our partners are invited to select from these designs to make their dream home a reality.

To save you from the hustle of construction logistics, we have already applied for and received all approvals; county, NEMA and NCA.
